Warehouse Supervisor
Job Opening in Milan, Salary Negotiable. Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and manage daily on-site operations of the warehousing and logistics department. 2. Drive the implementation of 6S management standards in the warehouse and ensure their continuous maintenance. 3. Develop staff training plans based on job requirements to enhance the professional skills of team members. 4. Evaluate staff performance based on company performance appraisal, reward/punishment, and personnel management policies, and provide recommendations for rewards, improvements, promotions, or transfers. 5. Establish and refine warehouse operational standards, SOPs, and management systems. Requirements: 1. Experience in warehouse management. 2. Familiarity with WMS systems and proficiency in data analysis. 3. Ability to work under pressure and strong teamwork skills.
