Frankfurt Job Opening, Salary Negotiable. Position: Passenger Station Assistant (Full-time). Responsibilities: Assist passengers with check-in procedures; coordinate passenger transfers and handle irregular baggage issues; analyze and organize flight data; coordinate responses to operational irregularities during flight handling; supervise and coordinate ground handling agents; accept temporary business travel assignments as needed to provide operational support or training at other European branch offices; complete other passenger station-related tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements: Proficiency in German and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing); enthusiastic with strong communication skills; Bachelor's degree or above preferred; background in airlines or related industries is a plus.
