All current roles are being groomed for supervisory positions with high growth potential. Requirements: 1. Must have a valid German work permit (taxable status). 2. Proficiency in Chinese and German for daily workplace communication. 3. No prior experience required for specialist roles, provided you are willing to work in a warehouse; supervisory roles require previous warehouse experience. Benefits: 8-hour workday, weekends off, public holidays observed, negotiable salary, and a travel allowance of up to €300/month. The first six months will be day shifts, with rotating shifts thereafter; please do not apply if this is an issue. Work Location: Unit 1.
