Due to business expansion, we are currently hiring a Warehouse Manager to be responsible for overall warehouse operations management, team building, and internal/external coordination. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, allocate personnel and resources reasonably, and ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently; Manage the team, including staff training and performance management; Develop and optimize warehouse management systems and operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality; Coordinate with transportation, customs clearance, and relevant partners to ensure smooth business operations; Monitor operational costs, timelines, and quality metrics, handle major exceptions, and report to the company. Requirements: Proficient in both Mandarin and French for professional communication; Experience in warehouse or logistics operations management, capable of leading a team independently.
