German Project ManagerPosition Overview:Responsible for the end-to-end management of photovoltaic (PV) projects in Germany, overseeing development, construction, and delivery to ensure successful, high-quality project execution according to schedule.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the full lifecycle of German PV projects, spanning development, design, and construction through to grid connection and handover;• Coordinate internal teams, external EPC contractors, and design institutes to ensure projects progress according to plan;• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards while controlling costs and risks;• Liaise with local project owners, government agencies, and grid operators in Germany;• Prepare regular project progress reports and present them to management.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;• 5+ years of experience in PV project management; experience with projects in Germany is preferred;• Familiarity with the German PV project development process, grid connection standards, and local regulations;• Fluent in German; proficient in English and Chinese as working languages;• PMP certification is a plus. 要求: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service, field support, or technical support in the solar PV or renewable energy industry.Hands-on experience with PV inverters, modules, battery storage, and monitoring systems.Familiar with PV system troubleshooting, testing tools, and diagnostic software.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Willing to travel frequently to project sites across Germany and occasionally to other European countries.Fluent in German and English (both as working languages).
