E-commerce Operations Assistant (m/f/d)
Job opening in Berlin, €2500-3500/month. Responsibilities: Collect customer reviews, after-sales issues, and market feedback, and assist in optimizing product pages and information. Organize image production requirements based on product selling points, usage scenarios, and platform requirements. Perform basic content checks on images completed by designers. Use AI tools to assist in generating and optimizing product titles, selling points, descriptions, and keywords. Assist with product review, listing, and page maintenance on platforms such as Amazon and OTTO. Requirements: No specific degree or major required. Possess good German or English communication skills, capable of handling customer emails and daily communication independently; proficiency in German is a plus. Possess basic writing skills and the ability to understand product information.
