Director of Fleet Sales & Financial Services, Germany
Hiring in Berlin, salary negotiable. GAC Motor Europe, a subsidiary of GAC Group, is responsible for passenger vehicle sales, marketing, and after-sales services in Europe. This role involves building the fleet sales and financial services functions from scratch at the national sales company in Germany, including assembling and managing the fleet sales team, developing channel strategies, and maintaining key accounts. You will also be responsible for establishing partnerships with leasing and financial service providers, developing leasing products and financing solutions, and managing residual value (RV) strategies as well as digital portals and lead processes for fleet customers. Requirements include a degree in business, finance, or automotive management, 8 to 10 years of experience in fleet sales, automotive sales, or financial services, and familiarity with leasing and residual value concepts.
