After-Sales & Service Manager for Eastern Europe

This position is responsible for establishing and strengthening the service partner network in Eastern Europe, providing support for warranties, spare parts, and service operations, and enhancing partner capabilities in technical support, spare parts, and warranty processes. You will be required to train and guide service partners in implementing global service standards and drive continuous improvement through on-site audits. The role also requires leading warranty and quality management, efficiently approving claims, and leveraging warranty data to drive quality improvements and spare parts supply.
