Operations Manager, Configuration & Fulfillment Services (Netherlands)
Hiring in Amsterdam, salary negotiable. This position is part of the Lenovo Services Solutions Group, responsible for the daily operations and continuous improvement of Configuration and Fulfillment Services (CFS) in the Netherlands, including capacity planning, throughput, and site performance optimization. The incumbent will design and implement business and system process controls, establish governance mechanisms for risk management, issue escalation, and KPI reporting, and drive the expansion of lifecycle service capabilities. The role also involves managing customer-owned inventory, overseeing CFS/ITC project onboarding governance for the EMEA region, and leading first-article testing while coordinating launch and shipment schedules. Candidates are required to have management experience in operations, service delivery, supply chain, or fulfillment, and must be able to work across sales, delivery, and supply chain functions.
