Key Account Representative
Job opening in Venlo, salary negotiable. KLG Europe is a global logistics service provider, and the Key Account department plays a vital role within the company. Key Account Representatives are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of client supply chains, build long-term relationships with clients, and be responsible for handling various client inquiries and resolving issues. Daily tasks include communicating with clients via email and phone, answering or forwarding client queries, collecting and proactively providing service information, entering orders into the Transport Management System (TMS), tracking agreed-upon KPIs, and preparing reports. Requirements include at least a secondary vocational education level, several years of experience in a similar role within the logistics industry, and excellent proficiency in Dutch, English, and German (speaking, reading, and writing).
