Energy Storage Field Service Engineer
Job opening in Hoofddorp, salary negotiable. BYD Europe is hiring an On-site Energy Storage Service Engineer to be responsible for multiple energy storage project sites in northeastern Poland, reporting to the EU Energy Storage After-sales Regional Manager. Responsibilities include on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of energy storage equipment, handling warranty repairs, and resolving technical issues on-site to minimize downtime. The engineer will also provide technical support and training to customers and provide feedback on site issues to the technical support team and R&D department. Requirements include a college degree or higher in electrical, automation, mechatronics, or related fields, at least 3 years of experience in the power industry or high/low voltage systems, and the ability to travel frequently and adapt to flexible working hours.
