Responsible for entering product data, listing new items, and maintaining basic product information; 2. Handle online customer inquiries, provide quick pre-sales support, and improve conversion rates; 3. Manage the entire order fulfillment process, and coordinate/resolve returns, exchanges, and after-sales disputes; 4. Perform basic product copywriting, formatting, and daily maintenance of the store backend.
