E-commerce Operations and Customer Service position available in Madrid
Job Opening in Madrid, salary negotiable. We are looking for a flexible staff member to handle product listings and provide online sales support. Responsibilities: 1. Process orders and manage account adjustments; 2. Assist with product listing and maintenance, including writing product descriptions, pricing, and updating inventory; 3. Provide online customer service and answer customer inquiries; 4. Must have a legal work permit; full training will be provided; 5. Must have a rigorous work attitude and a desire to challenge yourself and learn new skills; 6. Previous e-commerce operations experience is preferred.
