Asian fast food restaurant in Madrid is hiring a store manager
Job Opening in Madrid, Salary Negotiable. Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations, monitor food preparation efficiency and service quality; control procurement costs and coordinate with local suppliers; manage warehouse inventory and conduct regular stocktakes; implement store hygiene standards; manage team scheduling and lead front-of-house and kitchen staff collaboration. Requirements: Must hold a valid Spanish work permit; fluent in both Chinese and Spanish; at least three years of catering experience, with preference for those with experience as a fast-food store manager or supervisor; familiar with Spanish catering regulations; responsible, able to handle peak hours, and capable of solving problems on-site; knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management is a plus. Salary and Benefits: €2,500, salary negotiable for outstanding candidates; full social security coverage, 40 hours per week.
