We are looking for a female sushi apprentice and a sushi roll maker (must have a valid residence permit; we have 4 apprentices and a rice spreading machine, so no rice cooking is required). The female apprentice should be quick, diligent, flexible, and a fast learner; young applicants preferred! We are also hiring an experienced waiter/waitress, gender unrestricted.
