A large sushi restaurant in the northern part of the city is hiring a female sushi apprentice and a mid-level sushi roll maker (residency permit required; the shop has 4 apprentices and no rice cooking is needed as we have a rice spreading machine). Requirements for the female apprentice: quick-handed, diligent, flexible, fast learner, and young. We are also hiring an experienced waiter/waitress, gender is not restricted.
