Quality Engineer
Job Opening in Stockholm County, Stockholm. Salary negotiable. Job Description: 1. Monitor the quality performance of your assigned products at the customer site on a monthly basis. 2. Assist CQE engineers at the Chinese factory in handling customer complaints and serve as the primary point of contact between the factory and the client. 3. In the event of major customer complaints, coordinate with quality engineers in China to complete 8D reports and represent the Chinese company at the customer site to present findings. 4. For external risk inventory related to customer complaints, coordinate with the client to provide guidance on screening or rework, and promptly report breakpoint identification to the Chinese CQE and customer SQE. 5. Understand the application and assembly process of your assigned products at the customer site and relay relevant information to the CQE at the Chinese factory in a timely manner.
岗位描述:1：每月了解自己所负责的产品在客户处的质量表现。2：协助中国工厂CQE工程师处理客户抱怨，做好工厂与客户端的窗口衔接。3. 发生重大客户抱怨时，与国内质量工程师做好工作配合，完成8D报告编写，并代表国内公司前往客户处做问题汇报。4：针对客户抱怨所涉及的外部风险库存品，配合客户端做好筛选或返工指导，并及时反馈断点标识给到中国CQE及客户SQE。5：了解自己所负责的产品在客户处的应用及装配过程，及时将相关信息传递到中国工厂CQE, 以便厂内做好质量预防。6：了解竞争对手产品的优势（包装方式，产品结构等）并及时反馈至厂内中国工厂CQE,7：维护良好的客户关系，降低客户抱怨发生的频次。8：协助中国工厂CQE处理海外退换货事宜及物流投诉。 要求: 任职要求1. 除母语外，具备流利的中文+当地语言+英语口语及书面沟通能力，能够进行专业的商务交流和邮件往来；2. 具备良好的客户服务意识；3. 熟练使用各类办公软件，包括但不限于Microsoft Office Word和Excel；4. 具备良好的动手能力，能够熟练使用各类常规工具以及检具；5. 能够独立开展工作，具备良好的问题分析能力和解决能力；6. 拥有合法的工作身份和居住许可；7. 有相关行业工作经验者优先考虑。
