Job Responsibilities: Responsible for content planning, production, and publishing on platforms such as Xiaohongshu and WeChat Channels, and tracking data performance. Independently design promotional materials including posters, banners, and product detail pages. Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service across platforms, ensuring accurate information registration and follow-up. Manage product listings and maintenance of promotional materials on the mini-program. Job Requirements: Proficient in graphic layout and short video production with a strong sense of aesthetics (please attach a portfolio). Capable of independent content planning and execution with proactive thinking skills. Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and punctual. Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
