Job Openings in Madrid, Salary Negotiable. Spanish Sales Manager. Job Responsibilities: 1. Maintain key client relationships, collect market information, and resolve related issues; 2. Develop sales goals and plans for the team at each stage, break down tasks, follow up on execution, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to achieve targets; 3. Responsible for building, training, and managing the sales team, establishing supervision and incentive mechanisms, and coordinating resources to solve team issues; 4. Follow company brand strategy, collaborate on regional promotional activities, and maintain brand image; 5. Cooperate with after-sales, operations, and other departments to handle and follow up on customer after-sales issues; 6. Oversee the entire sales process, including understanding requirements, product promotion, order follow-up, logistics, and feedback collection. Requirements:
西班牙销售经理 岗位职责： 1.维护重点客户关系，收集市场信息并处理相关问题； 2.制定团队各阶段销售目标与计划，拆解任务并跟进落地，及时调整方案以达成目标； 3.负责销售团队的组建、培训及管理，建立监督与激励机制，协调资源解决团队问题； 4.遵循公司品牌战略，协同开展区域推广活动，维护品牌形象； 5.与售后、运营等部门合作，处理客户售后问题并跟进； 6.统筹销售全流程，涵盖需求了解、产品推介、订单跟进、物流及反馈收集等。 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历（能力突出者可放宽），国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业优先；3 年以上销售管理经验，熟悉当地华人市场者优先； 2.具备团队搭建、绩效管理及激励能力，能带动团队协作共享成果； 3.有出色的市场策划、执行、分析及问题解决能力，能应对市场挑战； 4.沟通、谈判、协作及表达能力良好，可高效对接内外部； 5.需自备工作居留与驾照。
