Job Openings in Madrid, Salary Negotiable. Hiring: Regional Sales Customer Service Representative. Due to business expansion, we are currently hiring a Regional Sales Customer Service Representative. If you are responsible, have excellent communication skills, and are proficient in both Chinese and Spanish, we welcome you to join our team! Compensation: Base salary + meal allowance + perfect attendance bonus + performance bonus. Job Responsibilities: Monitor regional sales performance and order volume, and maintain relevant data statistics; Track the number of new clients developed by sales representatives and their development progress; Promptly handle and coordinate issues reported by sales representatives in their daily work; Follow up on customer orders and shipment status; Follow up on customer payments after shipment, and manage payment collection progress; Assist the sales team in completing other related tasks.
