Job Opening in Madrid, Salary Negotiable. [Job Responsibilities] 1. Assist sales staff in calculating product profitability and sending out price quotes. 2. Responsible for organizing promotional activity applications, approvals, and the issuance of offers. 3. Responsible for the settlement of various incentive activities and routine reconciliation with clients. 4. Assist in preparing the company's monthly financial analysis to provide reliable information for management decision-making. 5. Manage and update quarterly budgets for various client groups, as well as financial profit analysis and forecasting. 6. AP management. [Job Requirements] 1. Must be able to work in Madrid (Las Tablas). 2. Spanish level B2, capable of communicating fluently with clients, suppliers, etc. 3. Proficient in Excel.
【岗位职责】 1、负责协助销售人员测算产品的盈利情况，报价单的发送 2、负责组织促销活动申请、审批及offer的发放 3、负责各类激励活动的结算，并例行与客户对账 4、协助制作公司的月度经营财务分析，为管理层决策提供可靠信息 5、管理和更新各客户群的季度预算，以及财务利润分析和预测 6、AP管理 【岗位要求】 1. 可以在马德里进行工作(Las taplas) 2. 西班牙语B2水平，无障碍与客户、供应商等进行沟通。 3. 熟练掌握Excel 工具，会使用各类公式进行数据处理和分析，会VBA的优先 4. 具有会计、财务管理等相关专业本科及以上学历。 5. 有在消费品行业（特别是电子通讯产品）、跨国贸易企业工作经验的优先 6. 工作细心、责任心强、踏实肯干、学习能力强 7. 中文流利，可以无障碍和中国总部沟通
